Bows & Curtsies
Well, very unlike me, but i have not been using the com as much as i uaully do for this week. I guess i did not have enough energy to do so.. i practically used up all my energy in rehearsing for "Singlish On Trial"!!
Monday's rehearsal ended at approximately 1020pm. I felt really comfortable rehearsing in the auditorium. Well, was an hour late for rehearsal though as i visited Wee Kit. Guess things will be tougher for his family. Hope they can get through it.
Tuesday's rehearsal was the first time i really enjoyed my rehearsing. Rizila(Simon Soh), Daniel(Sheila) and i were fooling around the backstage. We were joined in by others as well. Alex Wang came and demanded this and that. Well, maybe you have to be like that when you're a singer. But i guess, maybe not. Laughed about the costumes yet again, and joked around as well.
Wednesday.. the first time we rehearse together with people from Dim Sum Masala. For the second time, i enjoyed the whole process. Was running around with the 2 guys again and this time, we went into the changing room and shook it really hard as if the 3 of us were doing "something" inside.. haha.. Did my last rehearsal before the main performance.
Thursday.. Don't if i'm lucky or what.. Econs tutorial and lecture were cancelled, which means that i did not miss anything! Well, went in and prepared for the costume. Walked around reading my lines again. The feeling that i had just before i walked out as awesome.. and more people turned up than expected. Did what i was supposed to do, and i made sure that i was having fun each and every minute while i was up on stage. Yeah, fantastic audience.. they really respond well..
Bows and Curtsies, the show has ended.. We jumped around at the backstage and played around. Brought Mum, 1st and 3rd sis to FC6 before returning back to the auditorium.
Prepared for the second show. Enjoyed it as well. Enjoyed the powder on my head.
After the show has ended, we stayed back to take photos. Took pictures with the cast'n'crew. Took pics with Jeff and Loretta as well. I did enjoy Jeff's directing.
I was really glad that Mum and sisters were able to make it though Dad and 2nd sis were busy.. Channey as well.. Was really touched when i found out that most of my classmates came supported as well and they missed half an hour of lessons because of me! Heard they were pretty drenched as well.. Thanks alot you guys.. i really appreciate it.. Thanks Mr Annie Cheung as well, she went down just to support me..thanks Mrs Mok..well..thanks for watching as well.. haha...
Made a whole lot of friends through this event and i'm really glad that i've joined this. Nice working with you guys. I'm sure we'll be able to meet for lunch every now and then. You guys take care. Will miss working with you people. Till we meet again.
The show has ended. Our friendship has just begun.
